Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

LQ Logic LLC (β€œLQ Logic,” β€œwe,” β€œus,” or β€œour”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone β€” ever.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, and the contents of your message so we can respond to you.
  • Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and a cryptographic hash of your password β€” never the password itself. Your account also holds your order history and anything you've saved to your wishlist.
  • Order information. When you place an order we store your name, email, shipping address, and what you bought, so we can fulfil it, support you afterwards, and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations.
  • Product reviews. If you submit a review we store its text, your rating, and the display name shown with it. Reviews are public once approved β€” please don't put anything in one you wouldn't want published.
  • Basic usage data. Our servers automatically record limited technical information about page requests β€” such as the page visited, date and time, referring page, browser/user-agent, and IP address β€” to keep the site secure, reliable, and to understand aggregate traffic.
  • Diagnostic logs. If an error occurs, we log technical details about the event to help us diagnose and fix problems.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and services.
  • To diagnose technical issues and prevent abuse or fraud.
  • To comply with legal obligations when required.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not build advertising profiles about you.

Service providers

We use trusted infrastructure to operate our business β€” for example, database and hosting services to store contact messages and logs. These providers process data only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service to us.

Payments & orders

When you place an order, payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). Your full card details are entered on the provider's hosted checkout and are never seen or stored by LQ Ranch. We receive only the information needed to fulfill your order β€” such as your name, email, shipping address, and the items purchased β€” which our provider shares with us to complete the sale. Your payment information is handled under the provider's own privacy and security terms.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, and every one of them is necessary for the site to work. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers of any kind β€” there is nothing here to opt out of, which is why you won't see a cookie banner.

  • Sign-in cookie. Set when you log in, so you stay logged in as you move between pages. It's encrypted and can't be read by JavaScript.
  • Security cookie. Set on pages with a form, to verify the form was really submitted from our site and not forged by another one.
  • Status message cookie. Carries a one-off confirmation message across a page redirect β€” for example after you change your password. It's deleted as soon as the message is shown.

Your shopping cart isn't a cookie at all: it's held in your browser's own session storage and is cleared when you close the tab. Blocking cookies in your browser will stop you from signing in and from submitting forms, but you can still browse the shop.

Stripe's hosted checkout sets its own cookies on Stripe's pages for fraud prevention. Those are governed by Stripe's privacy policy, not this one.

Data retention

We keep contact messages, traffic records, and operational logs only as long as needed for the purposes described above, after which they are automatically deleted. Order records are kept longer, because tax and accounting rules require it. Account information is kept for as long as your account is open.

Your choices

You can view and update your details, order history, and wishlist at any time under your account, and change your password there.

You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've given us β€” including closing your account β€” through our contact form. We'll respond promptly. Some order records must be retained to meet legal obligations even after an account is closed. We will never charge you or treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the β€œLast updated” date above.
